Passengers must arrive on time at their selected pickup location.
Failure to arrive on time may result in missing the bus, and the ticket will not be refunded.

• Booking date can be changed free of charge if requested at least 5 days before departure
• Any changes made within 5 days of departure are non-refundable
In rare cases, trips may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
If this happens:
